Sarah, an Eau Claire native, has practiced law here since 2003. After graduating from Marquette University, Sarah lived and worked in Seattle, Washington where she graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Sarah returned to Eau Claire to enter private practice in 2003. Her practice emphasizes representing Social Security Disability Claimants, Trust and Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation (employee) Claims.
Sarah works closely with her clients, getting to know them personally, which helps her understand their legal needs and goals. Sarah is a fourth-generation Eau Claire native. She has been a member of the Board for the Paralegal Program at Chippewa Valley Technical College, a volunteer with the Eau Claire Free Legal Clinic, a dedicated community volunteer who has served on the Boards of several local non-profit organizations, and a past coach and parent volunteer for Youth Soccer and Swim Teams for the past 25 years. Sarah is a member and past president of the Eau Claire County Bar Association, the U.S. District Court-Western District of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
Sarah and her husband, Jeffrey Hart, raised their family surrounded by extended family and lifelong friends in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Most of their free time is spent participating in and volunteering for community organizations, enjoying outdoor activities, hiking with their dogs and being out on the freshwater lakes of Wisconsin. Sarah and Jeff enjoy making a positive difference in our community by participating in many volunteer organizations.
